Corey and Josh tied the knot at Mission Inn Resort & Golf Club in Howey-in-the-Hill, Florida.  This upscale, Spanish Colonial-style resort and golf club is located just outside of Orlando.

Since he loves golf and she is a proud University of Florida alum, their wedding was an infusion of both of their passions.  Add in a vintage, shabby chic motif with personal touches and romantic nods, and you end up with a beautiful wedding for these lovebirds that was over a year in the making.

We had the pleasure of working with Corey & Josh and her parents throughout the planning process and were so happy to see of the details come together.  Corey’s dad was an important part of the planning process, including doing a lot of the shopping and building many of the decor elements for the wedding.  Corey and Josh chose Mission Inn because of its proximity to Orlando (where they both live and Corey grew up), the picturesque grounds, the ability for family and friends to stay at the property and the access to golf, which was a huge plus for Josh.

They chose a color palette of Navy, White and Coral (a nod to her alma mater), which was a striking contrast to the beautiful greens of the property grounds.

Guests attended a sweet and sentimental ceremony at the Plaza de la Fontana, which was officiated by a close family friend. After many happy tears were shed, everyone gathered in the Plaza de las Palmas for cocktails and appetizers, while the Wedding Party took photos around the property.  Each guest received a mason jar with their name and table assignment, which also served as their favor.  After dinner and a round of formalities, the bride and groom and all of their guests packed the dance floor for the rest of the night.  The happy couple made their grand exit under a canopy of sparklers back in the Plaza de las Palmas after saying goodbye to each of their guests.
